Company History

April, 1995 Foundation of EMS (Limited Company) in Katsushika Ward, Tokyo.
October, 2000 Entered a contract with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries East Japan General Machinery Co., Ltd., as a cooperative sales outlet of Mitsubishi anchor drills.
August, 2002 Capital increase to 10 million yen. Company re-organized as EMS CO.,LTD.
August, 2003 Saitama Factory established in Matsubushi Town, Kitakatsushika District, Saitama Prefecture.
December Entered into an exclusive distributor contract for Mitsubishi anchor drills in the East Japan area with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, General Machinery and Special Vehicles Division.
October, 2005 Began production and sales of our internally developed ESD Series 'Separate Type ESD40 Model'.
September, 2006 Capital increase to 33 million yen.
June, 2007 West Japan Sales Office established in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.
April, 2008 In the 20th annual 'Small and Medium Sized Business, New Technology/New Product Awards', our internally developed 'Spring Drill ESD40' won a prize for excellence.
July, 2009 Began production and sales of our internally developed ESD Series 'Separate Type ESD210 Model'.
April, 2010 Began production and sales of our internally developed ESD Series 'Separate Type ESD90 Model'.
September Model change to 'Separate Type ESD40Ⅱ Model'.
